CTC and Sterling Aviation Services Inc. embark on partnership to create educational pathways

For Immediate Release

VANCOUVER, BC – Canadian Tourism College (CTC) and Sterling Aviation Services Inc. (SASI) have established a partnership to offer new and exciting opportunities for students exploring a career in the flight attendant industry.

Working together, both parties will help create and secure academic linkages and expand post-secondary options for domestic and international students.

“CTC offers a popular Flight Attendant Diploma that has seen graduates go on to work for Air Canada, Emirates Airlines, and Sunwing among others,” Feroz Ali, president and owner of CTC explained.

“Through this partnership with Sterling, we hope to expand our offerings to students interested in training as a flight attendant. Ideally we’ll be able to offer successful CTC flight attendant graduates the opportunity to continue their education with SASI through executive flight attendant training, giving them the option to work not just on commercial jets, but on private and executive flights as well,” he said.

Further discussions and decisions on the best way to work together will be occurring over the next few months.
Since taking ownership of CTC in February, Ali has focused on developing education pathways for CTC students. Other new academic partnerships include: Okanagan College, Stewart College, and Pacific International Hotel Management School.
